Shipping:

Eutierria Arts is based out of Alberta, Canada.

Free Red Deer local pickup option is available at checkout. Please be able to pick up your order within 7 days. You will be sent a text message with pick up instructions shortly after your purchase.

We currently offer shipping within Canada and The United States. We strive to have orders processed and shipped within 2 business days. You will be notified once your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

We offer flat rate shipping:

Canada: $15 CAD

United States: $15 CAD

Free shipping over $150 within Canada

International customers assume responsibility for any duties / taxes that may be incurred from customs.

Orders are packed with reused boxes and packing materials whenever possible as a kindness to the environment and to eliminate unnecessary costs as a small business.

 

Returns:

All sales are final. Please review measurements before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a specific item please reach out via the contact page or on Instagram.

If you received an item with flaws that were not disclosed in the listing description please reach out via the contact page or on Instagram and we will do our best to resolve any mistake made on our behalf and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
