Where does your clothing come from?

All items have been thrifted.

 

Has the clothing been washed?

All garments that are machine washable have been washed in Aspen Clean unscented laundry detergent and either air dried or dried in the dryer (we do not use dryer sheets) depending on each garments care instructions. Afterwards they are steamed with a professional garment steamer.

The majority of garments that are "hand wash only" have been steam cleaned with a professional garment steamer. Garments will only be hand washed if deemed absolutley necessary to minimize labour on our end which keeps the cost down for our customers.

All garments that are "dry clean only" or are new with tags have been steamed with a professional garment steamer.

We are very diligent to ensure that garments are free from any scents/fragrances. With that being said everyone is different when it comes to sensitivity to scents and given the nature of second hand items we cannot make any guarentees on "scent/fragrance free".
